The Company

Wozniak Management is run by Glynis Wozniak who restructured the agency as a limited company after the departure of her former business partner.

Glynis auditions everyone for the agency if she has not seen them perform live so that she knows how they are 'in the room' and is very clear on the standard of actors on the books.

All clients are professionally trained and/or experienced and any client who does not hold a British passport has the right to work in the UK.

We like to do things a little differently.

We have a WhatsApp group chat for our adult actors that is very active: industry questions; promoting shows, and general chit chat means that clients feel a genuine connection with each other; that our team spirit is strong, and no one feels alone.

In the recent climate of mistrust between actors, agents and some Casting Directors, Glynis notifies clients of every submission & also when self tapes have been downloaded by the CD.

At Wozniak Management, we thrive on professional development and hold monthly self tape challenges to practice self taping and to learn from each other's creative interpretations. Most recently, we had Casting Director Laura Donnelly in for a Zoom workshop, and the magnificent Kevin McNally for a duologue workshop

Represented are female, male and non-binary actors, singers, dancers, musical theatre performers, mocap performers, actor-musos, and voiceover artists. Several have additional specific skills such as stage combat; weapons; flawless accents; languages; puppetry; aerial skills; pointe work; contortion; stunts; equestrian skills and stunts.

Whilst the company is registered in Edinburgh, the correspondence address differs as Glynis works from her rural home office.

Managing Director

Half Scottish and half Ukrainian, Glynis spent 12 years in Hong Kong and 4 in Tokyo and has a huge love for diversity and culture genuinely believing representation matters in every form.

Glynis Wozniak graduated as a 'mature' student in 2009 with a BA (Hons) Performance from University of the West of Scotland after years as a professional ballet dancer.

She blends her training as a life coach to encourage clients to have self belief; to live in ease and flow and have complete faith in themselves and the industry.
